Experience in strategic management and international coordination

My expertise combines experience in strategic management, scaling organisations and serving on international advisory and supervisory boards.

I chaired the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Humanitarian NGO Platform and served on the Supervisory Board of the Alliance of Ukrainian Civil Society Organisations and the Advisory Board of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF), the world’s largest country-based pooled humanitarian fund. I currently serve as Gender Adviser to the UN Humanitarian Coordinator in Ukraine. My practical experience is complemented by a diploma from the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy (UCGA), earned through its program in partnership with INSEAD.

  • Most of our sessions focused on work and the decisions I had been postponing for a long time or simply did not have the courage to make. I doubted whether I was ready to take on a more senior position, but through our work, I was able to assess the situation calmly and ultimately take the next step in my career. It turned out to be the right choice. In my new role, I can “breathe much more easily”: the work is more interesting, and I have more freedom, even though I previously thought it would be the opposite.

    Importantly, during our sessions, I learned to work with what is happening here and now instead of getting stuck in constant overthinking—which is a particular “talent” of mine.
