My training sessions offer an opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of large-scale fundraising and gain practical tools that really work. We’ll be looking at:

There is no magic involved in organisational development. It’s all about strategy, a systematic approach, strong partnerships and consistency.

It is these principles that have enabled me, together with my team, to scale the organisation to over 500 staff and secure more than $30 million in international funding. This practical experience forms the basis of my training courses on fundraising, partnership development and project management.

I lead a team of over 500 people at the NGO Girls, carry out advocacy work, facilitate strategic processes and speak at international and national levels. And in all these roles, leadership is a key tool for exerting influence, developing the team and bringing about systemic change.
